The Cast of Christmas - Zechariah, a story of Testing
As we begin our “Characters of Christmas” Advent Series today, let’s look at our first character, Zechariah. Zechariah, a priest from the line of Aaron and Moses, discovers hope when an angel appears to him and answers a life long prayer. It seemed as though God was silent in the waiting and then hope finally appears. The Christmas season, it is a time of waiting and hoping for all of us as we wait on our expected Messiah’s birth.
